What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller so you must contact and/or refer to the original sellers terms for returns individually.
How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?
Refunds usually are made back to an original card and can take up to Four weeks to credit back. However some resellers may have different policies regarding refunds, like only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please consult the original sellers refund policy.
Requirements to get a 100 % refund
More often than not these are the requirements for a full refund.
- Items have to be in new condition
- Items should be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (such as, movies, music, video games, and software) have to be unopened and still within their plastic wrap
- Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices must have a UPC or serial number
- Shoes and clothing have to be unworn
Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
If you want to return a heavy or bulky item that was delivered by way of a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will help you throughout the returns process and may request you to contact our specialized consumer support team, which could schedule the pickup of the item.
Note: Don't refuse the delivery of the item. In order to guarantee that your return and refund are processed correctly.
Whenever you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address along with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Be certain you've described the defect, damage, or error including that with the returned package. In the event the original packaging still is available, return the item in this packaging. To help avoid complications with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
